Shipping delays in USPS
Please note that I always aim to deliver before promised times to help account for some USPS delays that have been experienced during COVID. If a shipment is delayed, please do not hesitate to reach out so I can input a case but will only do so after 14 days of expected delivery date and will work with you to replace the product after 21 days of failed delivery by the USPS. Please note that it does come at an expense to me despite USPS short comings and understand it is not within my control although I do my best to ensure you too are not at a loss of product, however it will be delayed.
