Does my print come with a frame?
All of our prints are provided UNFRAMED.
Why am I being charged delivery for a digital print?
Please use code PDFDELIVERY when checking out, to remove delivery charges.
Can I add a gift note to my order and send direct to recipient?
Yes! Please let us know at the time of ordering by marking the item as a gift and include any gift message.
When will I receive my digital print?
Our current turnaround times for PDF prints are 1-5 working days. The final file will be sent to you within this timeframe. Please ignore shipping times for PDF digital prints, as these do not apply.
Why are the estimated shipping times so long? Will I receive my item sooner?
Please note Royal Mail have announced a number of strikes for 2022. Please keep up to date with the latest news for any strikes that may potentially effect delivery and allow plenty of time for any potential shipping delays. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee any delivery dates and can only advise on estimated shipping times. Please note we do not offer refunds for any delivery delays which are out of our control. We aim to ship all items as soon as possible, to limit any potential delays.
Will I receive a preview of my print?
If you would like a preview of your print please let us know at the time of ordering. All previews will be sent through Etsy message. If we haven't heard back from you within 24 hours, the print will be shipped with the personalisation details provided (this is to prevent any potential delays in receiving your print). Once a preview has been completed we are unable to offer a refund / cancellation, due to the time involved in customising the print. Thank you for your understanding.
Print sizes
Our prints are currently available in:
A4 (8.x3 x 11.7")
A5 (5.8 x 8.3")
Digital print (print size A4 / 8x10")
For A5 prints we recommend a frame that's specifically for A5 documents, such as an A5 certificate frame or A5 clip frame.

Refunds / Cancellations
Unfortunately due to the personalised nature of the prints we are unable to offer refunds / cancellations once a print has been designed (including preview print). Please ensure the personalisation details are correct at the time of ordering and include any text / names exactly as you would like displayed on the print. We are unable to take responsibility for any errors, where the print has been created with the details provided.
Return to Sender
If items are returned to sender (HarperRosePrints) by the postal service, due to incorrect delivery address, refusal of parcel, non collection of item etc, we are unable to offer a refund if the item is customised. We're happy to re-ship the print, however this will incur additional p&p charges. Thank you for your understanding.
I think my order is lost. What should I do?
Although rare, items can sometimes take longer to be delivered than the estimated delivery dates. All orders are sent with delivery confirmation. If your order hasn't arrived please send us a message and we'll contact Royal Mail for any updates on the GPS location of the item. We're aware Royal Mail will only class an item as lost 10 working days after the estimated delivery date and will only class the item as delayed until then. Once an item has been classed as lost by Royal Mail an immediate replacement will be issued. Please note we offer replacement only for lost items. We do not offer refunds due to the personalised nature of the item. Thank you for your understanding.
