4 out of 5 starsI'm disappointed with this pendant. It's well crafted and of good quality, but the color of the item doesn't match the color shown on etsy. In my photo, the etsy image is on the left and the actual item that I received is on the right. The actual item is more brown than red or pink. Not sure what happened there. Still giving them 4 stars because they did offer me a refund if I sent the pendant back to them.

The buyer used a yellow or brown filter on her camera to make the pendant look brownish. The actual bail on the pendant is silver (described in the listing and listing pictures), but you can see in her photo the bail is yellow because of the yellow/brown filter she used to take her picture. She could have put the necklace back in the shipping envelope, taped it up, marked return to sender, stuck it in her mailbox, and I would have refunded her money.
