Refunds and Exchanges
You should inform me about your intention to return the position within 5 days starting from parcel arrival date and send it back by air mail within 2 weeks for your own cost. Once I get the parcel back I'll give you the costs except for the 9% fee (I have to work through an intermediary), 1.9% + $ 0.3 to US or 2.9% + $ 0.3 PayPal commission other countries. The delivery cost is also non-refundable
In case the parcel is lost during delivery (assume it is, if not delivered within 65 days from the shipment date and is confirmed by tracking system) I will send you the same item or refund the full cost of the order.
Cancellations
It's possible to cancel the order, if it has not yet been sent, but keep in mind that there is non-refundable 9% fee (I have to work through an intermediary), 1.9% + $0.3 for US or 2.9% + $0.3 PayPal commission for other countries.
Delivery
We send a parcel to the address specified in the Etsy, not PayPal.
If you want to fast delivery up, let me know before ordering and I will send by express post, but this will enlarge the delivery cost.
