Shipping
I always try to let you KNOW that your order has been received and WHEN I will be processing and shipping your order. Occasionally we do get overwhelmed with orders during the busy holidays, but generally speaking I ship on Mondays/Tuesdays for orders over the weekend, and Fridays/Saturdays for orders made during the week. Inside the US, your package will generally ship 3-5 BUSINESS days after you have paid your invoice.

IN THE US: I ship by USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL with DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

FOR FREE SHIPPING OFFERS: Only POSTAGE portion of the shipping charges will be refunded. That refers to the ACTUAL cost incurred at the time of shipping for POSTAGE.

Currently, the cost of postage for up to 3 OZ through the US Post Office is $1.93 and that part (or higher if you have a higher weight) WILL be refunded when a purchase of 8 or more items is made in my shop.

I clarify this because I want to be transparent and let my customers know and understand that OTHER costs are involved in sending your parcel.

The refund does NOT include charges for handling and packaging,
which are calculated at 20¢/button.

20¢/button helps to defray the costs of:

1) shipping materials: bubble wrap, plastic bags, button cards, twine, tape and button
clips which are all used to protect your buttons during their journey.

2) labor: packing your parcel and delivery to post office where each package is
entered into the USPS computer delivery confirmation system.

3) printing labels and ink

On the other hand, my customers are always happy to open their packages as I like to send surprise gifts. Thank you for your understanding.


International customers:
With regular First Class Mail, there is no tracking, except the customs form # which is entered in the post office computers and will track your shipment ONLY while it is still in the US. When shipping through the USPS, I am only able to track your package until it leaves the US and no further. International Shipments from the US through the USPS may take 15, up to 20 days to arrive and be released through your country's CUSTOMS office. There is no way for me on this end to determine with any certainty WHEN your package will arrive. I can only ESTIMATE.

SHIPPING UPGRADES: Upgrades allow your package to arrive more quickly and be processed through customs more quickly as they take priority over normal mail.

✿Express International is 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS/$33.95+
✿Priority International is 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS✿ $12.95+

When requested, I can add either of these of these to your order.

These fees (above) for a shipping upgrade, are IN ADDITION to the regular shipping you're paying with your purchased item(s). This fee covers the difference between regular first class International Mail Rates, and the Express International Rate or the Priority International Rate.

These Shipping times are NOT guaranteed time frames, but are 'committed' time frames set forth by the United States Postal Service in collaboration with your country's postal mail system. It would be impossible for the USPS to 'guarantee' delivery to you within those allotted time frames when your country's mail system takes custody of the package when it lands in your country and this could alter or affect the scheduled delivery date.

ALL international shipments are subject to inspection and this may delay your shipment. Purchasing a postage upgrade means you acknowledge these conditions and guidelines.

International shipping for all countries requires the completion of a declaration form for customs. The information regarding the contents of the package as well as the value of the items must be accurate. You will need to do the research for the customs/duty fees that may be applicable in your country.

I am NOT responsible for packages lost in transit to international destinations, BUT, I will do everything possible to try to find it, in the event it is lost. Normally, if you are patient, the package arrives just fine after it has gone through customs.

If you are concerned that your valuable purchase may get lost, please purchase insurance.You may do so by requesting me to ship with insurance and I will give you a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not offer refunds on my products, only exchanges. Please purchase carefully and ASK QUESTIONS before you purchase. I am very convo friendly. I do the best I can to represent the items in the listings as close as possible to the appearance of the actual item. Please remember that differences in monitor screen colors and computer systems, may cause the item to look a bit different on your screen. If you are not satisfied, please contact me and I will give you instructions on how to return for exchange your purchase. All items returned for exchange must be returned still attached to the original card sent to you on. If items are removed from the card, they will not be accepted unless first authorized by me in writing. Please do not return items unless you have contacted me first via Etsy convo.
