Frequently asked questions
Will I receive a proof for my custom order?
For all orders except Personalized Notepads, a proof will be emailed to your email address associated with your Etsy account. While the color may vary you can expect the sizing, spelling, and layout to print exactly as it appears on the proof. At that time you will have the opportunity to make changes and check for any mistakes.
Custom and personalized orders
Production starts once you approve your order. Letterpress and foil items will be ready to ship in 10-14 business days. Flat printed items excluding notepads will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. Our notepads are printed as submitted when ordering and ship in 2-3 business days. Rush options are available, additional fees may apply. Please contact us if you will be needing your order sooner than our normal turnaround times.
Wholesale availability
We do offer wholesale opportunities for both our boxed items and custom stationery albums. Please contact us for more information at wholesale@hautepapier.com
Gift wrapping and packaging
Yes, we do offer gift wrapping as an option when checking out. There is no charge to include a gift note.
