Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate the feedback and I’m so glad you’re happy with the tree ornament! Regarding shipping timing, from order date to delivery, the historical tracking information available indicates the timeframe was about 7 days, which is within the UPS standard for the service availability selected at checkout. I didn’t receive any notification of delays, so I’m just wondering if you could elaborate on the shipping taking a long time, as that does seem reasonable and standard for all other orders I sent to nearby destinations during that time period. My 2 large kilns! I also have 1 smaller kiln, which I often use to test fire smaller pieces to get the design just right -
My studio space! -
This is how all of my pieces begin...every piece is cut by hand from sheets of glass, stacked into the kiln and fired. -
A "pot melt" in progress! A 1600F hot kiln with molten glass drizzling out from holes in the pot onto the kiln shelf -
These are the primary tools that I use...my trusty carbide wheel cutter, pliers and ruler.

Frequently asked questions
Which shipping carrier do you use?
Canadian Orders:
-Canada Post Standard Letter mail (no tracking)
-Expedited Parcel (also available as shipping upgrade in the cart)
US Orders:
-Primarily Canada Post Tracked Packet USA on all orders (including any apartment or PO Box address)
-UPS Standard Ground is also used depending on destination and at the discretion of Haven Glass Studio
What are your processing times?
PROCESSING TIMES:
Please see individual listings for estimated processing times (generally between 1 to 5 business days).
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the complexity of most of my ornament styles, I'm unable to customize ornaments with names, dates or other words.
As an alternative to this, some customers have opted to add letter initials, year and other charms to the ribbon once received.
Care instructions
ORNAMENTS
Wipe clean with damp cloth or mild glass cleaner.
TRINKET DISHES, PLATES, BOWLS
Hand washing with mild dish liquid is recommended for all glass serving pieces.
DECORATIVE PLATES, BOWLS
Wipe clean with damp cloth, dust with soft dry cloth or vacuum gently with bristle attachment (pebble bowls).
GLASS ART PANELS
Wipe clean with damp cloth or use a mild cleanser (i.e. Windex, vinegar & water solution, etc.). If using a cleanser, dry with soft cloth or paper towel.
