NEWS.2025 I will be shipping ALL of our large masks via FEDEX. I will refund overages, with the exclusion of covering my shipping materials, and rush orders will not be refunded.
I hand make each and every mask in house. I create them. 100 percent by me, the entire process from the wax sculpture creation to the wearable completed mask.

I price them based on my time to make it, and the cost of the materials I use to make them.

Info about myself and my works. Everything I create is done so by myself and in my studio. I first sculpt using wax clay. Then I create a platinum cure silicone mold, and from there I also create a resin mold hand pressed, every bit I have my hands on. I create each mask unique from others. I also sand and prep every mask, as well as hand paint each one. No two are ever exactly alike.
I also do the whiskers, and comfort placed padding.
My husband still creates the XL horns, and the Velcro set ups.

ALL of my items use calculated shipping, items are set to the largest horn option for shipping. I will refund overages depending on the size ordered. NO refund for rush orders. 2025.... Custom sculptures now start at US $250. Also, these custom works can take over two months for me to sculpt, depending on overall size. And material availability.
Material costs have gone up, so must my prices and my time.

If you want different colors, or different style horns, etc, those will be moved to the 2-4 week creation time.
Seasonal temperature changes mean different, longer cure times. A delay in materials delivery can also affect timing.
Overseas orders are taking longer than pre-covid shipping times, please plan accordingly.
Some areas could take up to 1-5 months. Such as Greece, and France.
Also, Australia is the costliest, the import fees, and other custom processes can increase the time and overall cost to be able to get the items.

PLEASE do NOT leave items in the sun or in a hot car.
I do have a few masks that are ready made, or ready to paint. Those ship out very quickly. And of course, it always depends on the shipping method YOU choose for the speed in which they will arrive. Some of my masks can be made very quickly, IF you pay for expedited shipping. Some of our masks do take upwards of two weeks... those of course may not arrive in time for Halloween, if concerned ALWAYS ASK ME FIRST. Thanks.
***2025 I will be deleting this option. ACCENTS or DESIGN: this refers to the last image in the listing. Its to fancy the mask up a bit. If you choose 1 accent or design, I will apply it to the center of the mask. If you choose two, I will apply them above the eyebrow or side of the mask. 3 designs, or accents, I will place on in the center and the other 2 accents or designs on the side of the center design.

**Fit: Our masks have velcro sets or satin strings with cord locks. Have a friend help put the mask on so it stays on snuggly, this is key for it not to "flop". Keep both sets of strings above the ears, they are the anchors. These masks can be worn with low profile glasses and wigs.
Some of our really big masks such as the fallow deer and the moose those get five straps of Velcro.

**Shipping is based on overall size, weight, destination. I use CALCULATED shipping from USPS based on the LARGEST size I offer. I will refund some overage, AFTER item is purchased and I can weigh, measure, and know the destination. As long as items are not rush orders. Those, I do not refund overages on. AND, International please make sure your address is conveyed correctly.
ALSO. INTERNATIONAL: Please, please, if you need it sooner than 2-4 weeks, PLEASE choose priority international with 6-10 days. I am NOT responsible for how long it takes to get to you if you only choose the base international shipping. There is no telling how long it may take or if it gets stuck in customs. You can check the tracking and see when it arrives in your country. Normally it will say if it is being held at customs. Please then contact your countries post office to find out details. It is out of my hands once it leaves the country.
***ALSO, CHECK YOUR DANG ADDRESS. I SHIP TO THE ADDRESS ON THE ORDER FROM.*** IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG OR OUTDATED ADDRESSES. It is ILLOGICAL for me to send it to a "wrong" address when you are the one that supplies the address in the first dang place!
I am NOT your momma, check yourself! If for some reason you cannot change your ship to address, make it a gift order, and then you can put in the address of a different person there. BUT, make sure it is a good valid address, I am not responsible if you got the address wrong or they moved. Be logical people, really, Please.

While I appreciate the art of it, it's not for me.
I use clay to sculpt with. I cast them in a rigid resin, which is somewhat impact resistant, however they are art, treat them as such and they will endure.
***They do not like heat***, as with any type of resin. If they get hot, let cool before wearing, stress could make them crack.
*I base my prices on materials and time. As such, prices can and will change without notice, depending on the cost of materials.
All of our large horns are hand sculpted, hand carved, and hand painted. Each one is one of a kind. We do not mold our large horns, each is handmade to order. They are coated with resin. We use a wire inside for support. Each is one of kind. They are very lightweight. Easy to wear. .
We do take custom orders/ Commissions. Please plan at least 2 month out from when you need the mask in hand, and if you are overseas, at least 4 months. Some masks do take a minimum of 2 weeks or longer to make. Some of our masks can be made quickly, others can take 2 weeks or more to create.

Hand sculpted and hand painted to order. I use clay to sculpt with. We use two types of casting materials, as well as finished piece materials. Most of our masks will be made of a semi-durable plastic. Each is hand painted, and one of a kind. Each is unique. The mask is made to order. Generally it takes us 5-12 plus days to make them. We can do rush orders on some of our styles, contact us for details prior to ordering. Our masks are made from semi-impact-resistant materials to keep them from breaking, they are NOT rated to protect. They are not indestructible. Handle with care. *Keep away from heat. If it does get hot, let cool before handling and don't flex it til it has had time to cool. Keep out of extended periods of time in hot cars or direct sunlight these can weaken it and cause it to crack if flexed when it is too hot.
*ORDER DEADLINES. Some of our masks can be made quickly, however some could take a week or more. Please check with Jen prior to ordering.
Our masks are hand sculpted before being molded and cast in a lightweight but durable material. This item is made to order. Please allow at least 1 week for your mask to be created.
*****For international orders, Please understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive once shipped, depending on the customs process, and you are ordering at your own risk if you're trying to get an item before Halloween. Special note. I can insure it at it's paid price, however you will be charged for it to get to you by your government and or postal services. I can decrease the value amount for shipping, however YOU will assume ALL responsibilities if it is damaged in transit. Allow at a minimum of 3 weeks prior to when you need it by.
