Can I print Your Backdrops as a Background in my Studio?
No, these are sized at 8" x 10" and not meant to be printed as actual backdrops.
Do you offer editing services if I can't insert the model?
Yes, It costs around $20 for me to insert your model. Please sent a message with your photo so I can make sure it will work before setting up a private listing.
Where can I find my digital file?
To access your digital file(s), go to You > Purchases and reviews and look for the order.
To the right of the order, click Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order.

Can I post the Photo on Social Media?
Yes, you can as long as it is the "edited" version with your model added. The "blank" backdrop cannot be shared or uploaded.

What is the Difference Between Personal and Commercial License?
A Personal License is valid for one person per personal use. This license is ideal for a mother wanting to insert a photo of their child or pet into a background to show friends and family and to post on social media.
A Commercial License is needed when using the backdrop for clients and charging a fee for an editing service. This license is ideal for a photographer and/or photo editor charging a fee to insert a photo into a purchased digital background for commercial purposes. The licensed backdrop can appear in up to 100 finished "edits".
Can I list your photo on Etsy and charge editing services?
No, you cannot purchase a backdrop and list it on Etsy for "editing services" due to a conflict of interest. Haywire Media also offers editing services.
