Welcome to my policies, please read them carefully.
All my items are handmade with care by me in my Devon Studio.
Each item is inspected before it is listed for sale.
Custom orders:
If you would like me to make you something, please do ask! I'll be happy to help!
I will send photographs of the item before you purchase, however if its a particularly complex or higher priced item, or something customised with any name of any sort, I may need to take a deposit.
I can make any final adjustments prior to final billing and sending.
I try to make custom orders within four weeks and get them sent out however if your item is especially complicated, or requires me to source/order materials, I'm sure you'll understand it might take a little longer!

I am based in the UK. so all my items ship from the UK, this means that items shipped overseas will take a little longer. please be aware of this when you purchase, I wouldn't like for you to be dissapointed!
I use recycled and re-used packaging where possible and use gift/jewellery boxes where appropriate. it is only the outer packaging that is re-used, the inner packaging is suitable for gift giving, however if you would like something a bit more special in terms of wrapping, please contact me
I use Royal Mail for shipping.
Airmail for overseas packets, First class within the UK.
Tracking and insurance are optional extras, please contact me for details and prices prior to purchase.
If you would like me to post to a location or by a method not listed (eg international signed for, second class UK post etc), please contact me and I'll see what I can do!
Delivery times are out of my control once I have posted an item. if you have a specific date you need your order for, please let me know as much in advance as possible, I will aim to post in plenty of time for it to arrive.

At this time, information sent via FB messenger can be only be archived by Madeline Bunyan Lampwork & Jewellery but can be deleted by the sender. Therefore, if you would like this information deleted you can do this at any time directly.

Vivian GalleryOnline uses third party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Etsy and PayPal which have their own privacy practices that I do not own or control. You can access each of these services Privacy documents through their own websites.
Information will be shared with Royal Mail (or other courier services) required to deliver your order
