Shoulder Surgery Apparel
I started our shop out of my personal necessity. I was having shoulder surgery and could not find anything that I would actually want to wear and would feel good in post-operatively. Of course, there are button and velcro shirts on the market but they were not stylish or look very comfortable. I decided to customize some of my shirts and sweatshirts, that were soft and my style clothing. I even showed-off my design the day I checked-in for surgery which was in a busy Boston Hospital. The staff were as excited as I was. They said, if I had not mentioned that the shirt was modified, they never would have noticed. Goal achieved!!
So, here I am offering this shirt modification to others because of the positive impact it had on me. I was able to dress myself much sooner in my recovery and I did not have to stretch a shirt over my recently repaired shoulder. I hope you enjoy this modification as much as I did and I wish you a speedy recovery.
