More than 20 years ago, when I had a bad case of the flu, a friend who was a well-known masseuse and aromatherapist gave me a special blend of essential oils to rub on my neck. Within an hour, I felt surprisingly better, which sparked my exploration into the therapeutic benefits of essential oils. I began creating blends for family and friends that targeted a wide range of beauty, physical, and emotional concerns. When I moved for a few years to a small town in Mexico, where good health and beauty care were difficult to find, I got truly serious, and later became a certified health and nutritional counselor. Essential oils are a big part of my Seattle-based practice, and after much experimentation I found that when particular oils are blended together, the combination is much more powerful and effective than single oils. My unique blended oil remedies offer fast, natural, safe relief for a wide range of ailments, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, headache, colds, flu, and muscle trauma. In addition, I offer essential oil blends for beauty and skin concerns, including premature aging, sun damage, dry skin, and eczema. I also custom-make essential oil blends for individual concerns on request.
