All jewelry should be handled with care, this is especially true of natural stones and metals.
To keep your jewelry looking its best always apply creams, moisturizers, and perfumes before putting on your jewelry. Take off your jewelry when showering or swimming, and avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and cleaning supplies.
When not in use, store your jewelry in an airtight pouch to prevent any oxidation (tarnishing).
To clean your jewelry use a soft cotton or microfibre cloth and gently buff jewelry piece.

Please make sure your Etsy shipping address is up to date and matches your Paypal address if paying with Paypal.

Please let me know if you want your items to be delivered to an address other then the one on your Etsy account. I will gladly ship directly to a giftee, as well as include a personal note at your request.

If the address you provide is not correct, and your package has already been mailed out, there is nothing I can do about it. Please double check your address before ordering.

I offer free shipping to Canada as a curtesy for those customers who do not require a tracking number or expedited shipping.
All free shipping is sent as letter-mail and will take longer than a tracked package to arrive.
After a package has been sent with free shipping, I can no longer get tracking for it.

If you need/want tracking for your order, please use the dropdown menu to upgrade your shipping during checkout.

For all other International orders:
Please contact me prior to ordering if you would like to add tracking and/or express shipping to your order and I will set up a new listing for you.

Returns and Exchanges:

I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Please contact me before returning your item.

I strongly recommend to return your package via Canada Post or USPS and get a tracking number.

Any returns that incur a fee such as Customs/Duties or returns sent COD will NOT be accepted.

Returned Mail:

If a package is returned to me because the address provided was not correct, you are responsible for re-shipping fees.
You will be contacted for the correct address, and shipping and handling will need to be re-paid.

I work mostly with niobium, sterling silver, gold filled, rose gold filled, gold vermeil, and copper.


Niobium is a pure element which is naturally hypoallergenic.



Gold and rose gold filled metal is composed of a solid layer of 14K gold or rose gold that is mechanically bonded to a base of sterling silver base metal.



Gold vermeil is made from 925 sterling silver that has been plated in a thick layer of 18K gold.

Gold filled and gold vermeil are great options for people with allergies due to the durable thickness of the gold layer and a sterling silver base.

Canada Post does not consider domestic packages to be lost until 8 weeks have passed.

International packages are not considered lost until 12 weeks have passed.

Claims for packages that have been lost in the mail can only be made while the tracking number is still active. After the tracking number expires a claim can no longer be made and I am unable to help.
