Instant Download files can be downloaded via the download arrow located next to your order in your purchases section. If you are using a phone, Etsy App does not support downloading at this time. Exit out of Etsy App and go to your account via Google and you should see the download arrow.

Customer is responsible for being able to download/access their files. I cannot offer TECH SUPPORT for this, as I am unfamiliar with your device/settings.

We do not customize or personalize Instant Downloads, this includes changing the text, fonts, colors, background, size or format. We do accept some customization requests but we must be contacted ahead of time. Customization incurs a design fee so we would set up a custom Etsy listing for you.

Instant Download Files are available for downloading minutes after you placed your order!

For non-Instant Download Files:

1-3 Business days as defined as Monday thru Friday. Orders received over the weekend /Holiday will be shipped the next BUSINESS DAY.

I do not accept RUSH ORDERS. If you are in a RUSH, please do not purchase. Orders are filled in the order in which they are received and within the time period mentioned above.

We offer two invitation options to our customers. Our customized invitations are personalized by us, we will email you a ready to print high resolution design within 24 hours or less. The file is sent as a single JPEG design for printing on single cards.

Our editable invitations are Instant Download Editable PDF templates, the PDF is available as soon as your order is complete! There is no waiting for personalization. You type your text into the pre-formatted text fields using Adobe Reader XI or Adobe Reader DC.

The PDF can ONLY be edited with Adobe Reader XI or DC. The PDF is formatted with two 5X7 invitations on an 8.5X11 page.

Invitations are available only in the 5x7” de facto standard size offered by most sellers on Etsy and is a great option for customers who use home printers, photo labs and materials from office supply stores.

I do not resize invitations to 4x6 or for Vista Print or other printing services that do not print to a true 5x7 ratio. However, I'll be happy to customize the invitation files size upon request. Also if you need the files to have .25 bleed specify when placing an order.

When we send your files to your email we need to mark your order as "shipped" but Etsy hasn’t modified this for digital orders. Although a dispatch notice gives the impression that you are going to receive an actual item, all of our items are digital, not physical. Upon purchase or proof approval you will be able to download your item and arrange for it to be printed.

My design hours are 10am-3pm EST, Monday - Thursday! I am closed on weekends + during Holidays(USA).
