Each item in our shop is uniquely made to order, which means we’re unable to offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for orders placed with an incorrect size, color, or design selection.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost. Please get in touch with us within 10 days of delivery so we can make it right.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Keep in mind that processing and shipping may take a bit longer during busy seasons or high-volume periods, but rest assured—we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?
We’re able to edit or cancel within 6 hours of placing your order ONLY. Beyond that time frame the item goes into production and will be shipped to your address, no exceptions.
