HearthAndGrid sells digital products only. No physical item, printed binder, finished blanket, yarn, hook, needle, loom, or other
Material will be shipped unless a future listing expressly says otherwise.
Ready-made digital products are available after Etsy confirms payment. Made-to-order or personalized digital products follow.

Buyers are responsible for reviewing the listing’s included file types, dimensions, recommended software, skill level, and
compatibility notes before purchase.
Cancellations, returns, and file problems
Digital files cannot be physically returned. Etsy normally marks instant digital downloads as non-returnable and non-cancellable.

Custom and personalized digital orders
For personalized crochet chart orders, buyers are responsible for checking all submitted names, dates, spelling, images,
colors, and other requested details. The scope, preparation time, and included revisions are those stated in the individual listing.

Not every photograph, logo, character, or motif can be converted into a clear graph or chart. Contact the shop before
purchasing if you are unsure whether a reference image is suitable. Buyers must have the right to use any text or image they
Submit.
Privacy
Order information and reference material supplied through Etsy are used only as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order.
Provide support, maintain business records, and comply with applicable requirements.
Do not send passwords, PINs, full account numbers, Social Security numbers, recovery codes, security answers, or seeds.
phrases, private access links, or other highly sensitive information through Etsy Messages or custom-order fields.
HearthAndGrid does not need these details to fulfill an order.
Custom reference images will not be used in public listing images or marketing without the buyer’s permission.
License and permitted use
Unless an individual listing says otherwise, purchased digital files are licensed to the original purchaser and may not be resold.
redistributed, published, uploaded to file-sharing sites, or used as reusable client deliverables.
Family organizers are licensed for the purchaser’s personal household use. A completed, minimum-necessary handoff subset
may be shared with an intentionally selected trusted person for that purchaser’s household, but the blank or reusable source
Files may not be redistributed.
Crochet buyers may sell finished handmade items they personally make from HearthAndGrid patterns in small batches. Credit
such as “pattern by HearthAndGrid” is appreciated but not required. The pattern files, charts, written instructions, and listing
Images may not be resold, shared, copied into another pattern, or used for commercial teaching.
Product boundaries
Family organizers are information-mapping tools. They are not wills, trusts, powers of attorney, medical directives, professional
advice, emergency-response services, or documents that create legal, medical, financial, or decision-making authority.
