I ordered two mugs as Christmas presents and through no fault of her own the seller couldn't get them to me on time. Although I was a bit sad I couldn't give them on Christmas day it was made up for by the excellent customer service provided to me. I was kept up to date about what was going on and in a friendly manner! The mugs have now arrived and I am very pleased with the quality and can't wait to give them to my friends! Shipping

My current processing time is 1 - 2 weeks. If you are not sure when your order is scheduled to ship by, you can always find that information under "Purchases & Reviews" on your Etsy account. All orders will ship before or on the estimated ship date.

DOMESTIC ORDERS~
For domestic orders, shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 business days. In unusual circumstances it may take up to 14 business days. Unfortunately that is out of my control. However, if you are not sure what's going on with your order please let me know and I'll help as much as i can !

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS~
For international orders, shipping can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Please take processing time into consideration when placing an order.

If i can get the shipping costs lower than set I will always give a refund if you've paid too much :)
