For INSTANT DOWNLOADS, Etsy will automatically send an email with the download link to the email address on your Etsy account as soon as the order goes through. If you don't see the email right away, check your junk mail. You can also access your digital downloads through your Etsy account: Log into Etsy in a BROWSER (not in the Etsy app), go to PURCHASES AND REVIEWS and look for the order, then click DOWNLOAD FILES to the right of the order (or the arrow if on a phone). You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item.

For PATTERN BUNDLES where you choose your own patterns, I will email the files directly to you as soon as possible.

If you purchased an instant digital download as a guest, you'll find a link to download your files in the receipt email that was sent to you after purchase. If you purchased a bundle where you choose your own patterns, digital items will be sent to the email address on your order. If you no longer have access to the email account you used to make the original purchase, please contact me directly through Etsy to discuss how I can send you your files.

If nothing happens when you click the download links, it’s possible that there’s an issue with your web browser. Please disable any non-standard add-ons like ad blockers or toolbars that you’ve installed and try again.

If your email link isn't working, try logging into your Etsy account via internet browser (NOT through the Etsy app), go to PURCHASES AND REVIEWS and locate the order. Click DOWNLOAD FILES to the right of the order.

If your computer states that the file has been corrupted, delete the file and try downloading it again. If you still can't open the file, please contact me through Etsy Messages for further assistance.

On the item page for a digital listing, you will see that digital listings are not able to be returned or canceled. Digital items are delivered instantly and there is no way to return it. Please contact me directly through Etsy Messages if you have questions or feedback on your digital purchase, I always offer full support for my crochet patterns.

For the PICK YOUR OWN Pattern bundles, purchase JUST the listing for the pattern bundle (NOT the individual patterns), then write a note on the order letting me know which patterns you would like. If you forget to add a note to the order, contact me directly through Etsy Messages and send me the list of patterns. I will email the patterns over to you as soon as possible, to the email address on the order. If you prefer them to be sent to a different email address, please include the email address you would like me to use in your note or message.
