♥♥♥ Custom orders are always welcome! If you see an item you like, but would prefer it in another color or different length, let us know. Please note that custom orders are not returnable.

♥♥♥ Many photos are enlarged to show detail, however we make every effort to give exact measurements in each item description, often with a photo depicting the item with a penny. However, if you have any questions, send us a message and we will respond as soon as possible.

♥♥♥ Please take care in cleaning your suncatchers as they are very fragile. Here is an easy and safe method:
Fill a bowl with hot water and dish soap.
Gently swish suncatcher in the water and let it soak if very dirty.
Hold under running water to rinse.
Hang to dry.
Silver finding can be polished with a silver cloth.

♥♥♥ AB stands for “aurora borealis,” a kind of coating applied to one side of the crystal. It produces a mirror-like effect and enables the crystals to glow, even in low light. It reflects many different colors, primarily gold, pink and blue. A clear crystal bead or pendant, on the other hand, is completely transparent. AB finish does not affect the rainbow producing quality.

♥♥♥ This is a question we are frequently asked. All of our suncatchers make beautiful rainbows, but, in general, the larger the facets (flat surfaces), the larger the rainbows, and the greater the number of facets, the more rainbows produced. This makes "Octavia" one of the best rainbow makers around if you are looking for large spectacular rainbows.

♥♥♥ Yes. Clear and clear AB will produce the purest array of colors, followed by the lighter colors (pink, violet, peridot, sapphire, antique green). The darker colors, such bordeaux (red), emerald, and dark sapphire, will reflect its color along with small rainbows. Jet produces no rainbows, only reflections of white.

♥♥♥ The long suncatchers are best suited for home windows and are constructed with larger loops to hang over window latches, curtain rods, cup hooks or decorative hooks. Clear Command™ hooks by 3M work very well. They come in different sizes and are easy to apply and remove. We do not recommend suction cups, especially with the heavier crystals.
The car crystals are shorter, ranging in length from 5 to 7" and are constructed with smaller loops. Wire is included for hanging all car charms. This allows you to adjust length to your preference.

♥♥♥ If you are sending a gift directly to the recipient, we are happy to include a message from you in a card. Simply let us know what you would like the note to say in “note to seller” upon checkout. Also, please be sure to change the "ship to" address upon checkout.

You must receive an RMA number before returning an item. We will not issue a credit for items that show up unexpectedly. This includes international orders that are not picked up due to failure to pay VAT.
