Frequently asked questions

The scrub cap style I want is out of stock but a different style is still available.

Please message me! Most fabrics are cut to order so quantities of each styles varies based on the amount of fabric I have in stock. If there is a scrub cap style you prefer, I’ll check to see if I have the amount needed to make your order!

Do you offer ponytail style scrub caps?

I no longer offer ponytail style caps however I offer "Add-on Ribbon" listing to your euro cap in order to make it into a ponytail. :)

How is the sizing on your scrub caps? Are they preshrunk?

I understand that every person have different size and how you prefer the scrub cap will fit you. I make my scrub caps to be a larger fit to prevent too much pressure while having room for my hair.

Please note that my scrub caps are not pre-shrunk and so are made bigger to account for some shrinkage once wash.

I do recommend these tips if you find your new scrub cap is too big on you:
-Wash with hot water and dry on hot temp.
-Wear your hair in a bun while wearing scrub cap
-Fold the scrub cap while wearing to your preference

If you find the scrub cap to fit you perfectly on your first try, I do recommend to only wash it with cold water and low temp on dryer or even air drying

Do you offer satin lining?

Sorry, I do not offer satin lining in any of my scrub caps.

Custom and personalized orders

Group orders may be done if I have enough fabrics for the order. Please contact me with the fabric of your choice, amount, and styles so I am able to check availability.

As of April 2026, I no longer offer custom designs for scrub caps due to time constraints.
