It is very important to measure your head prior to ordering as many places size, materials, and whether a cap you ordered somewhere else was or was not pre-shrunk. To measure your head you should use a soft tape measure (or a string then hold this up to a tape to get the measurement) you will go around your head measuring just above ears for a short crown or over (including them in your measurement) for a deep crown. Then you need to match your size to the size chart which is available on each listing. Please message me with any further questions.

All materials are pre shrunk prior to assembly. These caps are safe to machine wash and dry.

I am in no way responsible for any lost or delayed packages after they are shipped. I have no control over packages after shipment and it is completely out of my hands once they leave the United States. I of course will do anything i can to help locate and retrieve a package, so if there are any issues please be sure to contact me to look into it. The buyer is also responsible for any customs fees or taxes. thank you!

There has been an increase in shipping expenses, both for me to receive materials & shipping to buyer, material prices have also increased. I make all caps myself and in order to continue to run this shop full time I have to be able to justify the cost of materials and time I put into each item I make. But I guarantee you an excellent quality handmade item the will last for years to come.

I will absolutely exchange anything you order if the error is on my part, but I can not accept returns or exchanges for anything out of my control, such as ordering the wrong size. Because all caps are made to order, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check their measurements.

I make all the caps myself, I am a homeschooling mother of three kids that works from home. Order volumes often come in at a rate that I would need to hire someone to help me complete, but honestly I put my name on each cap I send out and take a lot of pride in my work. Because of this I do not trust that someone else would maintain the quality of work my customers expect when they order from me. This is also why you will often see that my shop is temporarily taking a break to catch up on orders, it is the only way for me to keep order volume and shipping times manageable. I appreciate all my customers and wish I could accommodate everyone in a shorter amount of time, but I assure excellent quality and a cap you are proud of for your wait.
