5 out of 5 starsI have loved the story Alice in Wonderland since I was a young child. I even read both volumes of the books to my second grade students every year in the spring they absolutely loved it. I had a huge collection of memorabilia, but throughout the year as we downsized our home I’ve had to remove some of them from our home. I have never in my life, seen such beautiful book ends, especially of my beloved character, Alice in Wonderland, I would recommend a seller to anyone.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: No. I accept only 100% prepayment. Each item is handmade to order, so full payment at checkout is required before I begin production. This confirms your order and places it in my production queue.

Q: How long does it take to make my order?
A: Each piece is 100% handmade, from building the wooden base to decorating it with artistic techniques. I usually begin production right after receiving your order. Standard processing time is 10–14 business days, though some complex items may take longer. The exact time is always listed in the product description.

Q: What shipping methods do you use, and how long is delivery?
A: Standard international delivery is via Ukrposhta, Ukraine’s national postal operator and a member of the Universal Postal Union, ensuring reliable global service. Delivery takes about 14–21 business days to the USA and Europe; other regions may take longer depending on location and customs.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Yes. Express delivery is calculated individually upon request, usually via UPS or FedEx.
Q: Can you ship to another address (gift)?
A: Yes, if the recipient’s address is entered at checkout. I ship only to the address on the Etsy order, per Etsy’s policy.
Q: Where can I track my package?
A: Tracking details appear in your Etsy order.
🧾 Import Duties & Taxes
Q: Do I need to pay import duties or taxes when my order arrives in the U.S.?
A: No 😊 For all U.S. orders, I ship on a DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) basis. This means I pay all import duties and customs taxes in advance, so you will not be charged any additional fees when the package is delivered.
Q: What about international orders outside the U.S.?
A: Each country has its own rules for importing postal packages. Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, VAT, or import taxes once the parcel arrives in their country. Please make sure to check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
🎨 Custom Orders & Personalization
Q: Do you accept custom orders?
A: Yes. Please contact me with a detailed description of your desired design — including style, colors, and the type of item (box, dresser, wall cabinet, etc.). If possible, provide an example of the shape or a simple sketch with measurements. This helps me fully understand your request and create a piece tailored to your needs. Once the item is finished, I will send detailed photos for your approval before shipping.
Q: Do you offer personalization?
A: Yes. I can add a 3D inscription directly on the item (name, initials, monogram). I can also include a small greeting or congratulatory card with your order.
🎁 Packaging & Gift Wrapping
Q: How do you pack items for shipping?
A: I pay great attention to safe delivery. Each item is first wrapped in nonwoven material, then in several layers of bubble wrap and foam, and finally placed in a strong cardboard box designed for international shipping. You can be confident your order will arrive safe and secure.
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes, for an additional fee. In this case, your item will be wrapped in nonwoven material, protective film, gift wrap, another layer of film, foam, and then packed in a sturdy shipping box.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery at the buyer’s expense, provided the item is returned in its original condition. A refund will be issued minus commissions and taxes that cannot be reimbursed, and only after inspection to confirm no damage.
Q: Do you accept cancellations?
A: Yes, but only within 3 hours of purchase, and only if the order has not yet shipped.
Q: Are there exceptions?
A: Yes. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or canceled, as they are created specifically for you.

A: I always strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If any issue arises — such as damage during shipping, delays, or mistakes — please contact me directly through Etsy messages before leaving a review. We will work together to find a fair solution. Depending on the situation, I may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or other resolution. Please note that all cases are handled individually, and according to Etsy’s policies, communication must remain within the Etsy platform for both buyer’s and seller’s protection.
