Shipping time: please allow for 3-5 working days after receiving your payment. Usually the items are not in stock be will be made especially for you. So if you have a very big order it might take a litlle extra time. Pieces are wrapped as safely and securely as possible for their trip. I ship with Postnl.

Please note that the standard shipping option does not provide a trackingnumber. For items over $50 I advice that you choose the insured and recorded shipping option since this is the most secure way of sending things from the Netherlands. You will have to sign for the parcel when you receive it. I will send you an email with a trackingnumber and the expected delivery date when your order has been dispatched. If you choose shipping by regular mail please note that I can not be held responsible for items getting lost in the mail.

On average:
Dutch customers: Orders should be with you within 1 - 2 business days after dispatch.
European customers: Orders should be with you within 4 – 15 business days after dispatch.
Rest of the World customers: Orders should be with you within 4 - 20 business days after dispatch.

I ship to the address you have specified on the etsy invoice.
If you would like to have an item shipped to a different address, please contact me at the time of sale.
If you would like your item sent as a gift please let me know so I can include nice gift wrapping and a label.

You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. I suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

All printed fabrics are design by me and printed especially on 100% organic cotton jersey. That ensures my products have an unique style and are only for sale in this shop.

Because of my very limited time I only do custom orders on very rare occasions. However, if you want to buy an item that is currently not on offer in the shop please do contact me because I will most probably be able to reproduce it for you.
