Delivery times keep changing, the info provided by Etsy at the checkout stage is an automatically programmed ESTIMATION and does not allow for these potential delays.

Dotti Lee is released from liability for delays in shipping once a package has been posted. We are unable to control shipping factors such as weather, staffing errors, or delays. When purchasing a product from Dotti Lee, the customer recognises that all shipping profiles are estimations and NOT A GUARANTEED ARRIVAL TIME.

There is often the assumption the pre-programmed date provided at the checkout stage by Etsy (and something we are unable to alter), is a guaranteed arrival time, when it is an estimation. Thank you for your understanding.

Standard delivery times are ESTIMATES by Etsy only.
Standard shipping with First or Second Class on all orders via Royal Mail is NOT a trackable service.

We are not responsible for postal delays, and *strongly* recommend upgrading to TRACKED shipping if you are in urgent need of your order.

This shop is not currently shipping to Northern Ireland. With the new GPSR regulations now in effect since December 2024, I am no longer able to ship from England to Northern Ireland. Apologies for the disappointment this may cause.
The delivery settings and descriptions are something that are automatically set up by Etsy, and as a seller something we are unable to adjust, hence the reason it still displays as delivering to the UK. I have no control over how this pre-set information is displayed on Etsy. Our only option is to opt out of GPSR requirements.

If you have any queries relating to your order, please drop me a message via the Etsy messaging system connected to your order. DO NOT send an email direct to my private email as these are not always read and it can be complex and confusing to tie up the message with the relevant email. I work solely from my Etsy account to process all orders.

If you have requested a custom change I will be in touch ASAP, but please don't chase for a reply. I work through all orders methodically and chronologically, therefore I will respond to any order related queries as soon as possible. I make sure I deal with all the information first hand when I begin working on each order. If I dip in and out of various orders, there is a concern I will miss something, especially if a customer has requested changes. I do my very best to turn orders around as quickly as possible and will be in touch with any order related queries at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Artwork proofs:
Due to the volume of orders received and additional admin involved, I do not provide proofs prior to dispatch. Please ensure all the personalised details on your order are correct at the time of purchasing. Your order will be completed with the information supplied and I will not be held responsible for any errors.

Printed messages inside cards:
Messages can be added to the inside of most personalised cards and sent directly to the recipient if preferred. Please select the personalised option and provide details of the message to be included at the checkout stage. Please also indicate whether your order is to go directly to the recipient as this isn't always clear.

All cards in all item are dispatched with a paper belly band and are plastic free.
All orders are dispatched in a protective board backed envelope for protection in transit.
All card orders come with their own blank envelope.

Prints are NOT SUPPLIED with a frame.
