**WHAT ARE ASPECT RATIOS?**
Aspect ratios can be confusing, but choosing the correct proportions is essential to ensure your art is not distorted or improperly cropped. For instance, if you want to print a size of 20" x 30", you would select the 2:3 ratio. For a size of 16" x 20", you should choose the 4:5 ratio. A helpful guide can be found in the Digital Art Listings.

**HOW ARE GICLÉE PRINTS SHIPPED?**
My printing partner does not recommend shipping items larger than 8" x 10" flat. If your Giclée print order exceeds that size, it will be rolled and shipped in a kraft triangle mailing box to prevent any damage during transit. If you have multiple orders of different sizes, they will all be shipped together. The largest size in your order will determine the packaging method used for the entire shipment. We want to ensure that your prints arrive safely!

**HOW TO UNROLL MY GICLÉE PRINT(S)?**
To flatten your prints: 1. UNROLL: Gently unroll it and handle it by the edges to avoid fingerprints. 2. LAY IT FLAT: Place the poster on a clean, flat surface, like a table or floor. 3. ADD WEIGHT: Put some heavy books or objects on the corners and edges of the poster to help it flatten. 4. WAIT: Leave it for 1-2 days. The weight will slowly flatten the poster. **WHAT PAPER DO YOU RECOMMEND?** It ultimately depends on your preference, but I prefer matte paper over glossy paper.
