Shop policies
Hello! I’m Hayley Beynon (well, officially I’m now Mrs Hayley Brown, but still like to go by my maiden name – it sounds much more unusual…don’t you think?!); I am the creative mastermind/genius/nutcase behind HelloMyGem.
It all started when I was crafting and creating stationery for my own wedding, and I realised what limited choice there was for quirky and kooky brides (I put myself in that category btw!) or those who are looking for something just that little bit different from the norm.
HelloMyGem specialises in all things whimsical, wonderful and frankly downright awesome! All items in the store can be customised, just drop me a line with what you want and I’ll do the rest.

Returns & exchanges
Payment
Payment: Please pay promptly through PayPal – if possible, please make payment within 3 days of committing to the purchase. Once the payment has cleared I will send your items straight away.
Sorry to sound like the bad guy....if I don't receive your PayPal payment within 3 days, I will have to cancel your order - someone else may be desperate to buy the same item!
Shipping
If your delivery address is different to your PayPal/Folksy account, please let me know so I can send your order to the correct address – we don’t want your items being delayed in getting to you!
If you would like your item sent to you by 1st class post, next day delivery or recorded delivery, please let me know and I will arrange this for you for a small extra cost.
For international customers, please be aware of higher postage costs and longer times for your items to reach you.
All of the items in my shop are packaged in good quality hard board-backed envelopes, and are cellotaped up to within an inch of their lives! - I will do my utmost to make sure your item is delivered to you in pristine condition. Unfortunately, sometimes you may find because of the distance the item has to travel, may get slightly damaged during transit.
** If you would like your item in a hurry, like yesterday! - please contact me before you send payment, just to double check that I can create, make and post your item to you in time! **

Please respect the hours (& years!) of creative thinking, hard graft and bliming back-breaking toil that go into creating these items. Please don't duplicate the designs or content, or support those who have stolen my concepts and designs! End of winge!
