Communication was great, and the delivery was on time. I’m very happy with the sign. It also comes with a remote control.

1 out of 5 starsI never leave negative reviews but I want to be honest bc this was very frustrating, I put what I wanted in the personalization box when submitting order to then get a sample sent nothing like I wanted, on top of being asked for $50 extra (which was the amount I was supposed to save ccfor a sale) I asked them to correct it and it took several day of back and forth and still not really getting what I was trying to accomplish and again being asked to still pay the extra $50!!?? I like to support small companies so I didn’t want to cancel although I prob should have. I got a notice it shipped and waited 5 days to still not get a tracking # until asking. It arrived and the remote for dimming & setting options don’t even work, apparently it has 3 options and I can’t even turn it off without unplugging it completely! Sorry but terribl
