5 out of 5 starsI had a custom design in mind that AI figured out for me that turned out to be quite challenging to execute. Derick had to make it out of gold and do it on a budget. We went through multiple drawings before setting on the final and it was worth the effort. Perfect. Giraffe print in gold.

4 out of 5 starsDerick was great with turning my ring inspo into reality! He worked with my budget, metal, stone, and sizing; it was exactly what I requested. The only thing that was confusing was that I was given a tracking number after it allegedly shipped. I waited a week but did not see any progress in the tracking. I had to message Derick to see what the delay was. He let me know it was still in the final stages of QC checks. I wish it was communicated that it actually wasn't shipped yet instead of having to reach out to clear up the discrepancy. I was a little disappointing that I had to wait longer than anticipated.

He was so fast to respond, accommodated my short turn around time, and was extremely clear with instructions for measurements to insure my custom wedding bands fit to my engagement ring. I was starting to think I was going to have to settle for a plain band but he was able to make my double band dreams come true. Thank you SO much, I couldn’t be happier.

Making & Shipping
(1) Handling time is 2-3 weeks, production starts once the payment is received. Usually, delivery time is 3-5 business days. We will be full of enthusiasm to complete Each Item and strive to make each item perfectly.
(2) We ship items internationally. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

1.Engraving is available for a fee of 2 USD.

Order Cancellation Principle
1. No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours
2. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $1,000 or more. Orders less than $1,000 will be charged $100.
Order Return And Exchange Principle
1. Free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
2. If there is any quality problem, we support full refund or exchange.
3. If there is no quality problem, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange
4. If the returned item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value, and all items must be unworn and in original condition

Installment Payment Fee Policy
1. For orders under $1,000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100. And no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, a down payment of 20% of the total order cost will be charged. Again, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
Installment Jewelry Storage Policy:
1. Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid;
2. The minimum amount for each installment is $100;
3. We will hold your layaway item for up to 6 months;
4.Support Etsy's Klarna as an installment method of payment usage for orders;
