That being said, it was worth the wait because the item is every bit as beautiful as the photos, shiny, sparkly and exciting. If you're not in a hurry to get an outfit that will turn every single head, you can purchase this item with confidence. Just be prepared for the long delay.

4 out of 5 starsThe material is absolutely gorgeous! I didn’t mind the lack of a hem on these as I usually have to alter most pants I buy online (shorty here). I was NOT a fan of the unfinished inseams. There is too much extra fabric and only a single thread holding the seams together. Waist line is unflatteringly bunched together. With the lack of craftsmanship I don’t think it’s worth the price point, even on sale. Shipping also took 3+ weeks longer than estimated which is no fault of seller, just something to be mindful of if ordering for a specific date.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. 😊 This holographic fabric is very different from regular cotton fabric and unfortunately cannot be sewn in the exact same way, because tighter finishing techniques can damage the sequins/metallic surface. Since it is a knitted/stretch fabric, this type of finishing is actually the standard and safest construction method for this material. Regarding the collar, it was intentionally designed to be softer and more comfortable while wearing. During international air transit and long-distance shipping, the collar can sometimes shift slightly after traveling thousands of kilometers. A light steaming or gentle ironing should help it return to its intended shape. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and your support

Are your products washable?
Our products are hand-washable at 30 degrees celsius (ºC) without using bleach and with a small amount of detergent.
Can I wear your products when its raining or snowing?
You can wear our products comfortably during rain and snow.
Are the paints you use vegan and/or cruelty-free?
Our paints do not contain animal matter and they also aren't tested on animals. Therefore, our paints are both vegan and cruelty-free.
How do I pay?
As our shop is based outside of North America, we cannot enjoy the benefits of the Etsy Payments system. Therefore, payment is accepted through an external online payment service. After we receive your order, a link will be sent to you by email where you can complete the transaction.
Can I personalise listings?
You can request a custom order if you want to personalise a listing. You can request to change specific details of the design such as changing the colours, removing/adding an object or adding your name. You can also request for us to paint something on the sleeves or any other part of the jacket. We can even add 3D components such as spikes upon request. Adding something extra may increase the price.
Can I choose a different design?
We also accept custom orders where we paint designs which aren't displayed on our listings. We have a design library available on our website to provide inspiration and give suggestions. However, it isn't mandatory to choose from there; you may choose a design of your own liking. You simply have to send the design to us and we will let you know about pricing. Our products are completely hand-painted and because of this the prices depend on the difficulty of the design.
