Returns, Refunds or Exchanges
We DO NOT accept return for International orders and US orders.
We accept exchange for US orders given items are in brand new conditions, unused, undamaged, in original manufacture's packaging without opening/torn/damages.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges on items they wish to exchange within 7 days of delivery:

Broken or Defective Items:
We will replace any broken needle or item from any order that you placed with us, as well as pay the shipping costs to send the new item out to you!

Depending on what type of needle was broken or damaged, you may only need to send back part or all of the item, sometimes not at all:
Circular needles: The entire needle and any broken pieces.
Single Points, Double Points and Interchangeable tips: Only the broken needle and not the entire set.
Interchangeable Needle Set Accessories: Only the broken part and not the entire set.

We ship via USPS First Class Mail/Ground services whenever packages weigh 16 ounces or less. Larger packages are mailed via Priority Mail. If you do not receive your package within 6 business days please contact us.
International shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail or Priority Mail International for heavy packages. Delivery times vary greatly depending on how long packages spend in customs. Most packages arrive within 3-9 weeks.
