Simply adorable necklace. I'm digging the ceramic birds. Imperfection is the adjustable leatherette (?) slip-tie? Would prefer something where the ends are less obvious. Maybe just a normal chain clasp or S-hook.

As a 4 year old, I loved to draw but my parents couldn't really afford to buy me endless supplies of color pencils or paint, so they usually got me hand me downs from neighbours or friends. Pencils would've been sharpened til they were as little as my thumb but I was happy. Purely.

More than 25 years later during which drawing became a hobby I forgot, I picked it up again. Differently in some ways. But sometimes you go through life searching for the one thing that makes you happy and all you had to do was remember what made you happy when life was so much more simpler.

I like to create things of color and hope that they may bring you joy as it did for me making it.
