Once your purchase is complete, you can access your printable/digital product in your Etsy account. Go to "Purchase and Reviews" and click "Download files" next to your purchase.
Can I get a refund for my printable/digital product?
Due to the nature of the printable/digital product, I do not offer any refunds for purchases however if you have any questions with your purchase please contact me and I will do my best to assist you.
Can I share my purchases files with others?
I kindly ask to refrain from sharing, distributing, or selling HemPrintableDesigns products to others as they are well intended for personal use. I appreciate the understanding in respecting set policies and the time it takes to create these products.
What if I accidentally deleted my purchased files?
There is no need to worry, you will always have access to download your purchased files again. Go to "Purchases and Reviews" and click "Download Files" next to your purchase.

You will edit your template using Canva. An account will need to be created in order to edit the template. This is free! A template link PDF will be provided in order to access your template as well as a step by step process on how to edit on Canva.
