I do consolidated orders and custom orders. This may save a bit on shipping costs when ordering multiple items. For custom orders, I am able to do custom sewn work within the limitations of my time, designs, and materials.

Sizing details: The sizes of my sewn items are approximate and vary slightly. They are handmade. The shades of color on fabrics and yarn may shift over time when I restock. This is because of dye lot variation.

Wholesale Availability: I do larger orders, however my low prices on flannel bags are already at wholesale levels. Inquiries for discounts are welcomed.

USPS Ground Advantage (First Class) packages and USPS Priority Mail packages automatically include USPS package tracking numbers which can be tracked on the USPS website or with your order in Etsy. If you require upgraded shipping service or additional tracking and insurance, please contact me.

Please note that delivery to some USA destinations may take longer than stated by the USPS and Etsy. If this is a concern, please contact me before purchases.

8/1/2023 - USPS and Etsy Labels have revamped their approach to shipping insurance. USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground Advantage include insurance of up to $100. If you have specific insurance requirements for your shipment, please let me know. If you have questions regarding insurance, I am glad to answer your questions. I securely package fragile items and fully insure higher priced items automatically. I contact buyers if special cases arise.

Generally speaking, I am not able to accommodate shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged in the mail. Most of my listings are one of a kind vintage items. I keep fairly complete records and can provide what information I have in case of an incident. See "Insurance and Shipping" coverage for how I ship.

Items are sold "as is where is." All sales are final, no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no replacements.

It is important for both buyers and sellers to provide their correct and current mailing addresses in Etsy. I do my best to completely verify each mailing address. I contact buyers if their mailing address is not verified by the USPS. I cannot be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses.

I provide the option of using custom requests to reduce shipping costs when multiple items are purchased and combined shipping totals are a little high. If this matter comes up for you, please contact me to work out the details
