This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from etsy.com/shop/heybethhi.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example), if you contact me directly.

I use the Order Information that I collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Etsy (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, I use this Order Information to:

Screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
When in line with the preferences you have shared with me, provide you with information or advertising relating to products or services.

Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

Additionally, if you are a European resident I note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above.
Please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, I will maintain your Order Information for my records unless and until you ask me to delete this information. I generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.

MINORS
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years old.
