To access your CANVA template:

> Please log on to Etsy.com on desktop or (Safari/Chrome) if using a mobile device (please note you can't do this through the Etsy app). Go to “Purchases” and Download the PDF.
> The PDF included with your order contains the link to the template. Click on the link to open up the template in Canva.
> If you have a Canva account already then you can log in, if not you can create a free account easily and access the template.

Can I access my digital purchases from my account?
Yes! For non-editable digital files, go to You > Purchases and Reviews and find the order.

Click Download Files on the right side of the order, which will take you to the Downloads page for all files associated with your order.

If your payment is still processing, the Download Files button will be grey.

Note that the Etsy Mobile App does not support file downloads, so access the order from a computer or internet browser on your smartphone/tablet.

For editable files, please refer to the "Where to find your file(s)" FAQ section above.

For digital items not yet downloaded, I am happy to cancel and refund your order. Once an item is downloaded, the order cannot be cancelled.

Since products in my shop are digital downloads, they cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any issue with your order or need a different size, please contact me to resolve it. Personalization is done by the customer unless stated otherwise in the listing description.

If the offered sizes do not suit your needs, contact me via Etsy Conversations with your desired item size and I will gladly accommodate.

I recommend printing on high-quality stock paper of at least 100lb or higher. My preferred choices are Linen paper or matte cardstock.

For large signs, consult your local or online print shops regarding sizing and materials. Ensure the design is printed at the size specified in the listing description for optimal results.

Colours may vary due to differences in monitors, browsers, and printers. This depends on the printer brand, model, settings, ink, and paper used.

Messages received outside working hours will be addressed on the next business day. Please allow a response time of 72 hours for your messages.

Once you have purchased your template you have lifetime usage!
