We practice local manufacturing, we source biodegradable and recycled materials, and, whenever possible, we eliminate materials made of toxic chemicals that are commonplace to today’s interior design furnishings.
Unlike food manufacturing, there are no federal regulations requiring manufacturers to list materials used in the production of their goods. It is up to responsible companies, partnering with conscious consumers, to shift industry standards towards transparency.
We are dedicated to a design process that promotes wellness from the biological level, by eliminating the use of harmful “Red List Materials”, to a psychological and spiritual level, which means offering products that support people to find balance and thrive in life.
Mache is currently the first and only storage furniture on the market thoughtfully designed to suit the wellness industry, specifically yoga and mediation.
