Yes but it depends on my schedule. I love working with customers who see something in my shop but want it a little different or bring me some ideas and want something made brand new. I am not always able to handle custom requests though if I am very busy, so I do often decline. But please feel free to ask. Any custom art becomes my property alone and I can and will continue to sell it.

My shirts are done with HTV and DTG printing. Both techniques require some garment care to keep the graphic looking its best. Wash inside out on a gentle cycle and tumble on low only. High heat (such as from a dryer or iron) may melt the design and if folded on itself it will fuse the shirt together. Please do not dry on extremely high heat or apply an iron to your graphic.

Because of Etsy's intense fee structure and forced advertising costs I do not usually offer coupons or discounts. I try to price my items fairly up front with no games. You may notice a vinegar smell on your printed apparel. Don't worry! It's from a fixation agent applied during printing and it's not permanent nor harmful in any way.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all printed shirts across the industry. It's needed so ink bonds with the fabric. Without it, ink would flake off the garment. You can think of it sort of like applying a primer before painting a wall.

The fixation agent smells a little like vinegar, which is usually strongest right after opening the shipping bag. Fear not, one wash is usually enough to flush out the scent. Hanging it outside to air out can help too if the item is a gift. Unfortunately there is nothing anyone can do to negate this issue.

Oh no! One of 3 things has happened. During busy periods USPS will sometimes scan items as delivered, but not actually deliver them for days. If this happens to you please complain to your local branch, they shouldn't be doing that. It is also possible your package was misdelivered. Contact your local branch for them to pull the GPS delivery coordinates. Lastly it is also possible your package was stolen. In any case, there is not much I can personally do, you will have to work with your local post office branch. I can not provide free replacements when an item is marked delivered but went missing unfortunately. I am not responsible for misdelivery due to errors in shipping addresses.

I do not sell my files. They are for my exclusive use only. Do not attempt to steal or copy my artwork as I do look for rip offs and file notices regularly.

I try to answer within 24 hours. Over weekends, especially holiday weekends, I may not reply for several days. Try to keep in mind I do have another job and a family, so I can't always reply right away.

If the order was placed in the last 6 hours it may be possible. If it has been 24 hours or more your item is likely in production and can no longer be canceled. Cancellations are not guaranteed, but you are free to ask if it is possible on your order.
