The quality is top of the line—elegant but also super sturdy which is important as it will travel on my suitcase to England! I’m so excited to wear it. Looks great on! Fabric masks are hygiene products and can not be returned or exchanged. Masquerade Mask Items can only be returned for exchanges upon approval. Returns for refunds are not offered due to the nature of the product and customizations we offer. Item must be mailed within 3 days of receipt. The buyer pays for return shipping. The exchange value will be $10.95 less restocking fee. Please note as each item is customized with color preferences, returns for refunds are not accepted. Buyer can only exchange their first order placed and not subsequent exchanges masquerade items. Please contact immediately upon receipt if you need to exchange.

Detailed size mentions for all masks available upon request. All masks are adult size with the exception of children size masks (noted in children mask listings).
Tips & Tricks - How to wear your Lace Mask
As seen in pictures I've posted in my shop, you can get different looks with one mask. Play with your mask and see which way looks best on you. Feel free to email or call me anytime and I am happy to help.
Ribbons & Hair Pins-
Because the lace wraps around your face, to better suit your specific facial dimensions, place the lace/ribbon in different side holes and see if a looser or tighter fit will compliment your face best.
Tips & Tricks - How to wear your Lacey Blindfold Masks
Ribbon Option -
Tie the lace blindfold ribbons loosely to avoid the delicate lace from touching your eyes. The lace should not fit snug over your face/eyes. Alternatively, you can also remove/cut the ribbons and use hair pins to incorporate the lace into a hair style.
Elastic Band Option – Please be gentle when expanding the band to wear around the head. The elastic band is meant to sit loosely over the earlobes. The laces are delicate and can rip if handled roughly.
Tips & Tricks - How to wear your Metal Masks
You can gently open the metal mask to make it wider or narrow to best fit your face. While we offer the best packaging possible for first class mail, Priority mail is recommended on product descriptions for metal masks.
