💯 All our products are printed to order. Please read production times for each item before ordering as they vary.

⏱️ SHIPPING TIME: Shipping Transit time is in ADDITION to the printing time and is only an estimate.

🚚 DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED! Estimated delivery dates are based on typical shipping times. Delays are common due to insufficient manpower, limited transport resources and bad weather events. Refunds are not issued for package delays.

⚠️ TRACKING - Sometimes tracking updates are delayed or incorrect due to skipped scans. Some tracking numbers will only update once the package is actually delivered.

💌 If your package is delayed, pease ask for our free "Your gift is on the way!” announcement. We will make one with your item on it that you can send in a message, email it or print and place it into a gift bag for your recipient.

🚫 WRONG ADDRESS
PLEASE double-check your address! If it is wrong, message us ASAP to correct it. We do not offer refunds for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect address.

💔 DEFECTIVE/BROKEN/INCORRECT ITEMS
Please let us know if there is a problem with your item. We will refund or replace it. We first need a photo of the flawed or incorrect item. Then we will print a new one right away!
