Can I leave a gift message with my order?
Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide gift messages to orders because of the way the orders are routed to our production warehouses. It's something that will hopefully be changed in the near future. You will receive tracking information so you can monitor when your order arrives to let your recipient know the gift is from you. Also, we do not include any pricing receipts if the package is market as a gift.
When will I receive my order?
Production time varies per item. Please view the item listing information for more information on estimated production + shipping time. If you order more than one item from the shop, please be advised that your item may arrive in more than one package. I work with several different print facilities and warehouses to print and ship many of my products, so items may arrive at different times and from different locations. Please message me for tracking information for all your items. I am happy to help.
Can I return or exchange items?
Items in my shop are made to order, so I do not allow returns. I do accept exchanges, but please know that all buyers will be responsible for the cost of shipping back any exchanged items. Once the items have been mailed and received back to me, I will then process your new order.
Do you do custom orders?
I am happy to say that most designs featured in my shop can be printed onto other items like sweatshirts, bags, mugs, pins, stickers, and more! Please ask me and I will do what I can to accommodate your request. I also take requests for custom designs, please message me. :-)
