I only ship to the 48 mainland U.S. states. I am unable to ship to Hawaii or Alaska due to the higher risk of damage during transit and increased shipping costs.

If an order is placed with a shipping address in Hawaii or Alaska, it will be canceled and fully refunded.

At this time we are not taking any custom orders.

Yes! Proofs are available by request only. If you would like to review a proof before your order is made, please let me know in the personalization box or order notes when placing your order.

Due to the high volume of personalized orders I receive, I am unable to automatically create and send proofs for every order. To protect my original designs, I also do not provide proofs prior to purchase.

Once your order has been placed, I will send your requested proof within 1–3 business days for your approval before production begins.

Please send all inquiries through Etsy convos. If you leave questions in the notes section, I am not guaranteed to see these until I start processing the order. All convos are usually answered within 24 hours.

Wood is a natural material. There may be knots, holes, cracks, and there will be a different wood grain pattern on each piece wood. Our wood is stained evenly, but the wood absorbs the stain differently on each piece . So some pieces may come out lighter while other pieces take the stain a little darker. So you can expect variances. We do not accept any returns for color variances or knots in the wood.

Please note that each piece is handmade and made to order. Because the wood is freshly cut, painted, stained, and sealed before shipping, there may be a temporary paint or wood odor upon arrival. This is normal and the smell will typically dissipate within a few days once the item has been removed from packaging and allowed to air out.

Those who are especially sensitive to smells may wish to let the item air out in a well-ventilated area for a short period before use. Temperature changes during shipping and sealed packaging can sometimes make natural wood and paint odors more noticeable at first.
