星 5 個のうち 1 個So I have been ordering from them for a few months and everything was great but then all of a sudden they stopped responding to messages and I never received one of our orders! Something I was supposed to receive in early September never came! I’ve reached out to them many times with no response. Opened a case to get a refund so we can find somebody else to fulfill our embroidery needs. Super disappointed. The first products they did for us were great :/

Custom and personalized orders
Majority of our items are custom. The listings will guide you through the customization process as well as helpful product infographics to help remove the headache of ordering a custom item from us.
Sizing details
Please contact us for any size details, we have size charts on stand by.
Care instructions
It is recommended that the first time you receive an embroidered item from our shop, is too turn the garment inside out, wash with machine cold water, and mild detergent. Almost all of our items are pre-shrunk as well.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Please contact us if you need any type of special packaging such as individual poly bags, or size stickers.
Wholesale availability
We offer great discounts on wholesale/bulk orders! The more you buy the more you will end up saving. Again, please contact us and don't be shy to bring up discounts!
