1 out of 5 starsBUYER BEWARE!!!!! I'm hoping it will allow me to post this with zero stars as my review as I am very disappointed with my experience with this seller. I placed my order on May 31st, almost 2 weeks ago and my package still hasn't arrived. I reached out to the seller and I received the standard pat answer. The seller is unwilling to issue my refund UNTIL I ship the item that is lost in transit back. I'd also like to point out that when the seller was replying to my messages, she misspelled my name. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

At the time you first reached out, the package was still showing as in transit with the carrier, so we were not yet able to treat it as lost. Once the carrier information confirmed the package was lost, we issued a full refund right away. I also sincerely apologize for misspelling your name in our message. That was an honest mistake, but I understand how it added to your frustration. We’re sorry this order did not arrive as expected and appreciate your feedback.

2 out of 5 starsI was very disappointed when I receive the order. I have been stressing over the correct spelling of the item. I see was a gift and contacted the seller to ensure that the spelling was correct. The seller replied that I should not worry and that they had sent the item with the correct spelling. However, the item was not personalized at all, and I cannot return it as I don’t have extra time to order something else.

We’re sorry for the confusion. This item is not sold as a personalized product and does not include a personalization option. The customer asked us to confirm the spelling of the name on the order, which we did based on the order details received. The order was fulfilled according to the listing and checkout information.

1 out of 5 starsItem didn’t match description and poor quality on stuffed lamb not at all plush and was dirty, box was broken inside and ribbons were disheveled and wrinkled. Seller responded right away the first day upon reaching out with my concerns and I replied to her immediately and haven’t heard back after several requests and days. Therefore, decided to give my review on this item. Not satisfied! Where’s my refund!
