When is the customer responsible for paying customs with his order?
Any customer who orders our products outside the Europian Union is responsible for any extra charge on costs from customs.
What is the procedure if i want to exchange the product?
You should contact me within the next 5 days of receiving the product, and you must also send me the product back the next two weeks. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the costs for shipping the new product. The customer is also responsible for the inport and export customs. The product must be in its original contition like the one was delivered to you or else it will not be acceptable.
