5 out of 5 starsI really love this bag. It's beautiful, high quality, super soft leather. I wish the drawstring had a slide, needs to be tied each time. I also wish there were more holes in the shoulder straps to adjust to a shorter length. Customer service was amazing. I live in Colorado and the shipping took extra long (like 3 weeks), but it's not the sellers fault US politics are a dumpster fire... overall, highly recommend. Thank you!

What is the procedure if i want to exchange the product?
You should contact me within the next 5 days of receiving the product, and you must also send me the product back the next two weeks. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and for the costs for shipping the new product. The customer is also responsible for the inport and export customs. The product must be in its original contition like the one was delivered to you or else it will not be acceptable.
