I wanted the Netgate 2100 mount for a 10" mini rack and Dave was kind enough to modify the existing product. It fits the mini rack fantastically and the quality is top notch. I ordered this to rack-mount my Mikrotik hEX (RB750Gr3) in my rack-mount stagebox for my audio equipment. The Mikrotik hEX fits nicely and snugly into the rack-mount and is very secure. It does not feel like it would come out of its mount very easily. It took 20 days from the date the order was placed until it arrived, and there was a 12-day period with no tracking updates at all. However, the customer support was amazing, even offering to arrange a replacement made without any hassle, should the delivery company have lost the parcel. I would have no issues ordering from this seller in the future due to the high-quality product and amazing customer service.

Item arrived well sealed and it’s well made. I didn’t realize it was coming from Australia until a couple of days later lol. So I had to wait a little while for shipping. But that’s no fault of the seller.
