Hold The List makes printable lists, planners, and binder kits for people holding a lot together. The idea started in the Navy.
Early in my career as a Yeoman in the U.S. Navy I would get frustrated at myself for not remembering a certain rule or the right way to fill out a form. My Senior Chief told me, "You don't have to know or remember everything. You just need to know where to look it up." That advice has carried me ever since.
It is how I get through the overwhelmed days, when I know I have several things to take care of but cannot think of how to tackle them: get them out of my head and onto a list I can trust. It's also why our caregiver line exists. As my Mom is getting older, our family needs her medications, contacts, appointments, and emergency details in one place, easy to find before we need them in a hurry.
So that is what Hold The List is for. The planner line runs on one simple framework, Dump, Sort, Focus, Review. The caregiver line, AnchorCare Lists by Hold The List, keeps a parent's information organized in binder kits, checklists, and logs. Everything is an instant download PDF, made to be printed at home and used hard. We sell planning tools, not care services, and nothing here is medical advice.
You do not need to hold everything in your head. That is what the list is for.

Frequently asked questions
Is this a physical product?
No. Everything in this shop is a digital download. You get PDF files instantly after checkout and print them at home or at a local print shop. Nothing is shipped.
What planners do you sell?
Our planners are gentle, undated printables for scattered brains and crowded lives: the Weekly Reset Planner, the Brain Dump Workbook, the Gentle Habit Tracker, the One Goal Sheet, and the Sunday Reset Sheet, plus the New Year Reset Kit, which bundles those five together. Nothing is dated, nothing resets to zero when you miss a day, and you can start any day of the year.
What is AnchorCare Lists?
Our caregiver lists (AnchorCare Lists by Hold The List) are paper organizers for looking after someone you love: the Binder Kit, Medication List and Tracker, Daily Care Log, Hospital Discharge Planner, Home Safety Walkthrough, Sibling Cost Split Sheet, the Final Wishes Answer Sheet, the Doctor Visit Prep Sheet, Important Papers Locator, Helper Handoff Sheet, Family Meeting and Task Split Kit, Care Call Log, Care Hours Log, the Fridge and Wallet Emergency Card Set, and the Two-Household Runner. They hold the information, appointments, and decisions in one place. They are organizing tools only, not medical, legal, or financial advice.
What caregiver products do you sell?
The AnchorCare Lists Caregiver Binder Kit ($26.99) is the full system: 78 pages that build one complete binder for a parent's information, and the Caregiver Binder Add-On Pack ($29.99) gathers the six working logs and sheets that fill it. The focused lists and logs are the Medication List and Tracker ($7.99), Daily Care Log ($7.99), Hospital Discharge Planner ($9.99), Home Safety Walkthrough ($6.99), Sibling Cost Split Sheet ($5.99), Final Wishes Answer Sheet ($7.99), Doctor Visit Prep Sheet ($6.99), Important Papers Locator ($6.99), Helper Handoff Sheet ($6.99), Family Meeting and Task Split Kit ($8.99), Care Call Log ($6.99), Care Hours Log ($5.99), Fridge and Wallet Emergency Card Set ($5.99), and Two-Household Runner ($6.99). How do I get my files after buying?
Etsy sends a download link by email right after checkout, and the files are also in your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. You can re-download them any time. If a file does not download or print correctly, message the shop and we will make it right. Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are otherwise final.
How should I print it?
Print single-sided on US Letter paper at 100% scale. On A4 paper, choose Fit to Page in your print settings. The pages are designed to be reprinted whenever they fill up, so print the ones you use most and keep the rest in a binder.
Can I use it on a tablet instead of printing?
Yes. Import the PDF into a notes app such as GoodNotes or Notability and write on it with a stylus. Most of our planners are print-first, so they do not have clickable hyperlinks. The Daily Focus Planner includes a hyperlinked digital edition built for GoodNotes.
Is it dated? What if I miss a week?
Every planner here is undated, on purpose. Print fresh pages when you need them. Missing time wastes zero pages.
Can I print it more than once? Can I share it?
Print it as often as you like for your own personal use. Please do not share, resell, or give away the file itself.
Is this medical or mental health advice?
No. Everything here is a planning and organizing tool. The planners are not mental health treatment. The caregiver products organize a parent's information; they are not medical advice or care services. Nothing here replaces support from your own doctors and professionals.
