    Please check my Shop Announcement for current cookie ship dates. Minimum lead time is two weeks, plus 3-5 days for shipping within the continental United States. However, you can never order too soon! 

    Cookie Cutter processing time is 3-4 business days, plus 3-5 days for shipping within the continental United States.

    Returns and exchange details
    • All cookie orders are packed with great care to ensure your cookies arrive in the same perfect condition they were in when they left my kitchen. Once they leave my hands however, I can not guarantee their handling by the forwarder nor am I responsible for breakage during transit.  If breakage is of concern, I suggest adding a few extra to your order. Although every effort is made to make sure your cookies arrive in one piece, sometimes breakage does occur. Not to worry, they’ll still taste delicious!  Returns are not available for sugar cookies.

    • Every cookie 3D cutter is made to order, so unfortunately, returns are not offered. However, if you received a damaged cutter, please let us know and we will do everything possible to make it right.

    If an incorrect address is provided there will be no refunds. Buyer’s assume the responsibility for postage fees associated with any redirected delivery.

    Please note that all payments must be made at time of purchase, fulfillment begins once full payment has been received.
    Shipping
    Cookies are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (Priority Mail transit time is generally 2-3 Business Days, this is not a guarantee, only an estimate). 

    Cookie Cutters are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Each cutter is packaged with great care to ensure a safe arrival.

    Expedited or guaranteed delivery date services are available at an additional charge. I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or any other freight forwarder.
    Additional policies and FAQs
    Each cookie is cut, baked and decorated by me. Slight color and design variations may occur from batch to batch. Cookies are made-to-order and individually sealed to ensure freshness. I want you to absolutely love your custom cookies, If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact me so that I can make it right.

    I only use the best ingredients available: flour, sugar, eggs, butter, pure vanilla extract, powdered sugar, meringue powder

    • cookies are made in a kitchen containing known food allergens including: eggs, wheat, peanuts, nuts, soy and dairy products •

    Frequently asked questions
    When should I place my cookie order?

    If your event date is within 2 months, I recommend ordering as soon as possible to reserve your date on my baking calendar. I'll bake and ship your cookies right before your event so they are nice and fresh. Please note your event date in the buyer's notes, and we're good to go!

    Do you take custom cookie orders?

    I'm currently not offering new cookie shapes, but I am more than happy to customize any listing in your specific event colors. I can also create custom mixes within any set offered in my shop, just give me a shout!

    How are the cookies packaged?

    The cookies are heat sealed in clear, cello bags. Large and medium sized cookies are packaged individually, and the mini sized are packaged in groups of 2 or 3.

    How do I pick cookie colors?

    I LOVE color, and I’ll make sure your set looks fabulous! If you don’t see your preferred colors in the pulldown menu, just contact me with the colors you’re looking for. Want something a little different? Choose “hol fox mix”, and I’ll whip you up something special!

    How long do these guys stay fresh?

    Once you receive your order:
    • keep cookies in a cool, dry place
    • don't refrigerate or freeze (A-OK after your event)
    • cookies will stay fresh for at least 2-3 weeks in their heat sealed bags

    Do you offer wholesale pricing?

    Since I’m a one woman show, unfortunately, I don’t offer wholesale pricing on cookies or cutters.
