Do I need Canva or special software?
No. Spreadsheets work in Excel 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365, or a free Google account (Google Sheets). Documents open in Word, Google Docs, or any PDF reader (fillable PDFs can be typed in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Chrome).
How do I use the Google Sheets version?
Open START-HERE.pdf and click the "make a copy" link. Google will save your own editable copy to your Drive.
Can I add my logo and change the wording?
Yes. Every file is fully editable, and each document has a logo box.
Are the tax and legal templates official or approved?
No. They're general templates that follow IRS instructions where noted, but they aren't legal or tax advice. Check your state's licensing rules and ask a professional about your situation.
Will I get updates?
Yes. Tax-year products get a free yearly update. Sign up at the link in START-HERE.pdf to be told when it's out.
Can I print these?
Yes, as many copies as you need for your own business. Each product includes a print-ready PDF (US Letter).
