5 out of 5 starsThis rug is beautiful. The color and workmanship are excellent. When I walk on it with bare feet, it is soft and lush. I was not sure if I wanted the fringe, but I am glad I decided to get it. The fringe adds a finished quality to it.

Frequently asked questions
1) Do you accept returns?
We do not work with stock. We produce custom products to order. We cannot accept returns unless the delivered rugs are damaged or a different product is delivered.
2) Will the hem or overlock stitching look exactly like the photos?
Yes, the hem stitching is done to match the appearance in the product photos exactly. However, the color of the overlock thread may vary. The same techniques and threads are used in production.
3) Are your rugs finished with overlock (edge stitching)?
Yes, all our rugs are sent with overlocked (stitched edges) as standard. We can also produce them with or without fringe if you wish.
4) Can I choose whether my rug has a serged edge?
All our rugs are produced and shipped with standard overlock stitching. Edge stitching is a mandatory process for the durability of the product, therefore we do not ship rugs without overlock stitching.
5) What color thread is used for overlocking?
The colors of the edge (overlock) stitching on our rugs vary depending on the color of the rug.
6) Why aren't serged edges shown in product photos?
In product images, edge details are often left out of the frame to ensure the pattern is clearly visible. However, all our rugs are produced with high-quality overlock stitching. We can send you sample photos upon request.
7) Can custom-made rugs be returned?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted for products made to custom measurements or designs. This is because the product is specially prepared for you.
8) Who pays for return shipping and customs fees?
For standard returns:
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Any customs duties/taxes incurred for international returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
If the product was sent incorrectly or has a manufacturing defect, we cover all costs.
