My passion for building started with my dad. He taught me the basics of construction when I was young, and he became my first YouTube subscriber — and my biggest fan. After he passed away in 2022, I made it my mission to keep his legacy alive by sharing projects that empower others to build with confidence.

I'm John — a U.S. Army veteran and full-time police officer with 27+ years of service. In my spare time, I’m the creator behind HomePro Hero, a fast-growing DIY YouTube channel where I take on real projects right in my own backyard.

This Etsy shop is an extension of that mission. Every plan here is designed in SketchUp, built with my own two hands, and tested in the real world — not just theory. Most projects also have a full YouTube video walkthrough to guide you step-by-step, making it easier to succeed even if you’re new to DIY.
